E-Mark

The e-mark is the official Danish accreditation for safe and ethically responsible conduct and trade on the Internet.

Feriepartner is e-mark accredited
The Danish eCommerce Foundation has awarded www.feriepartner.com with the e-mark, as the web page lives up to requirements in legislation as well as the eCommerce Foundation’s specific requirements for correct and ethical behaviour on the internet.

Safe trade on the internet The e-mark the Danish marking scheme for safe and ethically responsible conduct and trade on the internet. The e-mark is to create better consumer safety in case of for example payment, treatment of personal information, stating of email address, guarantee and entering into agreements on the internet.

The eCommerce Foundation
The e-mark is handled by the eCommerce Foundation, a non-profit foundation founded by the Danish Consumer Council, Danish Trade and Services, the Danish Bankers’ Association, The Danish Chamber of Commerce, The Confederation of Danish Industries, The Union of Commercial and Clerical Employees, ITEK, The Danish IT Society, ITK, The Danish IT Industry Association and the Danish eBusiness Association.

The e-mark
When a web page has the e-mark, you are guaranteed that:

- The payment solution is encrypted and safet-approved
- That you will never receive SPAM
- That you can easily find out what your personal information is used for
- That you only get newsletters or electronic advertising that you have approved
- That you are informed of the conditions of all purchases
- That the right of withdrawal and the right to complain are stated on the electronic order confirmation
- That you can participate in any competitions without committing to anything else (registration for newsletters, acceptance of advertising etc.)
- That it is clear which company you are doing business with
- That you cannot pay in advance from account to account, with a check or giro inpayment form (where you are liable for the paid amount in case the product is not delivered)
