Oksbøl Red Deer Preserve
A great natural experience awaits you in Oksbøl Red Deer Preserve. With a bit of luck you can have a great sight: Red deer enjoying the peace of the more than 16,000 hectares. The population is deemed to be around 1,300 animals for the moment. It is in the nature of these animals to wander and they are often seen far outside the preserve.

Historical city contrasts
Not far from Henne you find the historical contrasts of the cities Esbjerg and Ribe. Esbjerg is only 100 years old and is characterized by modern art, an impressive swimming stadium, and a pulsating port atmosphere. Ribe on the other hand is the oldest city in Denmark situated close to the Wadden Sea and with the amazing Ribe Cathedral.

The Mandø bus
In the Ribe area we recommend a trip with the Mandø bus - a tractor with trailer. Mandø is a small wadden sea island with the access road submerged during high tide twice a day.

Activities for children and golf freaks
In the new Activity Centre next to the new rental office, the playmazes, climb tower and golf simulators can be used at half price if you are a customer at Købmand Hansen?s holiday home rental. There is also a net cafe.
