Terms of payment
You can only carry out electronic booking on Feriepartner's homepage. After ordering, you will receive an electronic order confirmation, and a confirmation and tenancy agreement will be sent to you by regular mail.

Payment
When entering into the rental agreement, Feriepartner sends a confirmation and a tenancy agreement to the tenant. At this time, you have to pay 25 % of the rent and any cancellation insurance and handling charge. Because of Feriepartner’s obligations towards the owner the remaining amount of the rent has to be in the hands of Feriepartner 60 days before the beginning of the rental period.

Late ordering
When ordering later than 60 days before the beginning of the rental period, the entire amount is to be paid at the time of receiving the tenancy agreement. If the full rental amount is not paid in time, Feriepartner can cancel the rental agreement without warning.

Electricity, heat and water
Prices do not include electricity, heat, telephone, water, additional inventory etc. These services will be charged separately.
